Learn the survival skills of the Lewis & Clark Expedition at our annual living history event.

The weekend events will run from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at Fort Mandan.

  Visit an encampment by the Missouri River Muzzleloaders
  Learn elements of Lakota and Plains Indian Sign Language with Kevin Locke
  Learn Expedition skills with Jeremy Duckwitz
  Witness the Prairie Plein Air Artists paint
  On Sunday at 1pm, youth ages 10-17 can learn how to safely fire a real muzzleloader!*
  Enjoy FREE Student Admission!

*Available to the first 40 applicants. Email lcic@nd.gov with the names and ages of youth who would like to participate and to receive full details.
